Sprouted Moong Salad

Ingredients:
Sprouted moong – 1 cup (100 g)
Cucumber – ½ cup (50 g)
Tomato – ½ cup (50 g)
Onion – 2 tbsp. (20 g)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – ¼ tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1tsp
Salt According to the taste
Recipe:
Place sprouted moong in a bowl.
Add chopped cucumber, tomato, and onion.
Sprinkle cumin powder, salt, lemon juice & Coriander Leaves.
Mix well and serve fresh.
2. Cucumber Peanut Kosambari

Ingredients
Cucumber – 1 cup chopped (100 g)
Soaked moong dal – 2 tbsp (30 g)
Grated coconut – 1 tbsp (10 g)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1tsp
Salt according to the taste
Recipe
Soak moong dal for 1–2 hours and drain.
Combine cucumber and soaked dal in a bowl.
Add grated coconut, lemon juice, salt & Coriander Leaves
Mix gently
Avocado Vegetable Chaat

Ingredients
Avocado – ½ medium (70 g)
Cucumber – ½ cup (50 g)
Tomato – ¼ cup (30 g)
Onion – 2 tbsp (20 g)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1tsp
Salt according to the taste
Recipe
Dice avocado into cubes.
Add cucumber, tomato, and onion.
Add lemon juice, salt & Coriander Leaves and mix gently.
4. Yogurt Fruit Nut Bowl

Ingredients
Thick curd – 1 cup (200 g)
Banana – ½ (50 g)
Apple – ½ cup (50 g)
Almonds – 5 (7 g)
Chia seeds – 1 tsp (5 g)
Recipe
Add Thick curd to a bowl.
Top with chopped fruits.
Sprinkle almonds and chia seeds.
Mix slightly and serve.
5. Raw Mango Peanut Salad

Ingredients
Raw mango – ½ cup grated (60 g)
Cucumber – ½ cup chopped (50 g)
Roasted peanuts – 1 tbsp (10 g)
Grated coconut – 1 tbsp (10 g)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Coriander – 1 tbsp
Recipe
Grate raw mango and place in a bowl.
Add cucumber pieces.
Add peanuts and grated coconut.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Raw Banana Salad

Ingredients
Raw banana – 1 medium (100 g),
Fresh grated coconut – 1 tbsp (10 g)
Green chilli – ½ tsp finely chopped
Lemon juice – 1 tsp (5 ml)
Salt – ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp chopped
Recipe
Wash, peel, and Cut raw banana into cubes & Soak in turmeric & salt water for 5 mins.
Place grated banana in a bowl.
Add coconut, green chilli, and coriander.
Add salt and lemon juice. Add Tempering if needed.
Mix gently and serve immediately.
7.Bajra Ladoo

Ingredients
Bajra flour roasted – 2 tbsp (30 g)
Powdered jaggery – 1 tbsp (15 g)
Ghee – 1 tsp (5 g)
Cardamom powder – pinch
Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp (15 g)
Recipe
Mix roasted bajra flour and jaggery.
Add ghee, cardamom powder & Sesame Seeds.
Shape into small ladoos.
8. Dry Fruits Ladoo

Ingredients
Dates – 3 chopped (45 g)
Almonds – 5 (7 g)
Cashews – 5 (8 g)
Raisins – 1 tbsp (10 g)
Pistachios – 1 tbsp (8 g)
Recipe
Chop nuts finely.
Mash dates into paste.
Mix nuts and raisins with dates.
Shape mixture into ladoos.
9.Uncooked Beetroot Halwa

Ingredients
Grated beetroot – 1 cup (100 g)
Coconut – 1 tbsp (10 g)
Jaggery powder – 1 tbsp (15 g)
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Almonds chopped – 1 tbsp
Recipe
Add grated beetroot to bowl.
Mix coconut and jaggery powder.
Add cardamom powder.
Garnish with almonds.
10.Soaked Mix Veg Poha (Savory Version)

Ingredients
Thin poha – 1 cup (80 g)
Carrot grated – ¼ cup (30 g)
Cucumber chopped – ¼ cup (30 g)
Roasted peanuts – 1 tbsp (10 g)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Coriander – 1 tbsp
Recipe
Wash poha quickly and soak 5 minutes.
Drain excess water.
Add vegetables and peanuts.
Add lemon juice and mix.
11.Curd Poha

Ingredients
Poha soaked – 1 cup (80 g)
Thick curd – ½ cup (100 g)
Cucumber – ¼ cup
Salt – ¼ tsp
Recipe
Soak poha for 5 minutes.
Mix curd and cucumber.
Combine and mix well.
12. Carrot Poriyal (Raw Version)

Ingredients
Grated carrot – 1 cup (100 g)
Grated Coconut – 1 tbsp. (10 g)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Roasted Peanuts - 1/4 Cup (20 g)
Salt - A Pinch
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp.
Red Chili Powder - A Pinch
Recipe
Add Grated carrot & Coconut to a bowl.
Add Roasted Peanuts, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Leaves & lemon juice.
Mix well & serve Immediately.
13. Green Leafy Salad

Ingredients
Any green leafy of your choice – 1 cup (50 g)
Cucumber – ½ cup
Green Capsicum - a Half
Roasted Peanuts crushed – ½ cup
Salt - a Pinch
Green Chili - half
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Recipe
Wash and chop greens.
Add Cucumber & Green Capsicum & Mix.
Add Roasted Peanuts, Salt, Green Chili & lemon juice & Mix well.
14. Peanut Salad

Ingredients
Roasted peanuts – ¼ cup (35 g)
Onion – ¼ cup (30 g)
Tomato – ½ cup (60 g)
Cucumber - 1 Cup
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - A Pinch
Salt - A Pinch
Recipe
Chop onion, tomato & Cucumber Diced into Small Cubes.
Add roasted peanuts, Red Chili Powder, Lemon Juice, Salt
Mix well & Serve immediately.
15.Red Poha Payasam (Uncooked)

Ingredients
Red poha soaked – 1 Cup (80 g)
Coconut milk – 1 cup (100 ml)
Jaggery – 1 tbsp (15 g)
Gum/ Ghond Katira - 1/4 Cup
Cardamom Powder - a pinch
Dry Fruits of your choice - 1/4 Cup
Recipe
Soak poha for 5 minutes.
Add coconut milk, jaggery, edible gum, cardamom powder and dry fruits.
Mix well & Serve Immediately.

Ingredients
Tender coconut pulp – ½ cup (80 g)
Coconut water – ½ cup
Coconut Milk - 1/4 Cup
Jaggery – 1 tbsp

Raw mango – 1 cup diced
